Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the size of the product and destination country.
Small Size Products
Estimated delivery time: 12–15 business days
Medium / Large Size Products
Estimated delivery time: 21–30 business days
Large Items, Furniture & Made-to-Order Products
Certain large items, furniture pieces, or made-to-order products may require additional production and shipping time.
Estimated delivery time: 4–12 additional weeks, depending on the product and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, Norvane may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Certain products may be shipped directly from international suppliers or fulfillment partners.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities in their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs inspections and clearance procedures may occasionally result in delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Norvane cannot be held responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.
If you require assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
Norvane is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Split Shipments
In some cases, products within the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse locations, supplier logistics, or package size limitations.
Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments.
