Refund Policy

At Norvane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories and components
• Not show signs of damage caused by use

How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return (optional)

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• We sent the wrong product

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this policy after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper installation

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
